COVID-19 Update from Paddy Pals

Q: Tell me about your best practices.

At Paddy Pals, our main priority is the health and safety of our team members and our customers. We are closely and constantly monitoring the situation and are following all advice and guidelines as laid-out by the government and the World Health Organisation. We are working hard to ensure we are following the best practices that will help us keep our staff and customers safe in these times. From 23rd March our team has been reduced in number to ensure social distancing and we are taking the utmost hygiene precautions.

Q: Are you open for business?

We can confirm that Paddy Pals remains operational and open for business at our premises in County Down, Ireland. Delivery to customers will continue and, presently, delivery times with our logistic partners remain largely unaffected. We're very proud of how quickly our reduced team has adapted to this new working situation and how everyone has pulled together to make it as seamless as possible. Our landline is currently open, and we are available to answer any of your concerns.

Q: What are the shipping options?

Standard Free Shipping - Airmail. Delivered in approx. 7-9 working days.  Priority Airmail - Delivered in approx. 5-7 working days.  International Tracked - Delivered in approx. 5-7 working days. Tracked.  FedEx Courier Delivery - Delivered in approx. 3-5 working days. Tracked.

Q: When will I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched same working day if ordered before 2pm GMT or next working day if ordered after 2pm. Your delivery options and estimated delivery timings are shown on the leftabove.

Q: What are the taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

For United States you may be liable for import or state taxes. Your order is dispatched from Northern Ireland. If you need import advice please contact us for further information.

Q: How do I make changes to an order I've placed?

Yes, you can make changes to your order up until it enters the dispatch process. We recommend you get in touch with us as soon as possible as we dispatch pretty quick.

Q: What is the return policy?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order or if it is not suitable we offer a full 30 days money back guarantee. To return your order please contact us for returns details.

Q: What do I do if I never received my order?

Unfortunately transit delays can happen. Standard shipping can take up to 14 days due to customs clearance. Express & tracked shipping options are available when checking out.

Q: What do I do if I received a defective order?

We quality control all orders which conform to EN71 Testing - Toys safety directive. If you have an issue with your order or if it has been mauled in transit please contact us.

Q: Where are you located? How is the product made?

We are located in County Down, Northern Ireland. We manufacture Paddy Pals Bears to the highest standard and quality control throughout the design and manufacturing process. Paddy Pals are suitable for adults and children over 36 months.

Q: Where do the materials come from? Have they been tested?

Materials used are all synthetic, 100% new materials comprising of polyester fiberfill and polyurethane foam. Safety testing has been done to EN71 Testing. No bears were harmed in the making of Paddy Pals bears or their traditional Irish clothing.
